Membership includes a limited number of FREE Benefits! For programs where a fee is charged, Y members receive a reduced rate.

Nationwide Membership:
As a Montgomery County Family Y member, you have access to participating YMCAs all across the United States free of charge through the Nationwide Membership program, so when you are traveling with the family or out of town on business, you can stop into any participating Y for a workout.  To search for a participating Y simply visit:

What You Need to Know
Valid for active, full facility YMCA members
Nationwide member visitors must use their home Y at least 50% of the time
Program-only participants and special memberships are not eligible for Nationwide Membership

Open Swimming:
There will be open swim times for youth, adult and families (check schedules).

Lap Swimming:
For those age 18 and over, there will be open adult lap swimming (check schedules).

Fitness Professionals:
YMCA instructors and professionals are highly trained and certified in the field of Health Enhancement. They know how to evaluate the health of your employees; administer programs and monitor progress toward set objectives. They can teach people how to correct unhealthy lifestyles and maintain healthy ones.

A Comprehensive Program:
The YMCA can address all aspects of good health: fitness programs include aerobics, resistive exercises, weight lifting, court sports, swimming and more. Sports programs such as basketball, volleyball and other court games are just plain fun.
