AND SPECIAL EVENTS
With 4 indoor courts, tennis is a big part of the fun at your Y. We have the right staff and programs to get you involved, improve your game and to have fun playing this lifetime sport.

At the Montgomery County Family YMCA, we try our best to provide all of our members with the highest quality services, personalized for their unique needs.

We provide a variety of services including:
Through various aquatic programs, the Y not only helps develop swimming and water safety skills, but also focuses on members' needs, as well as those of the community. From preschoolers to adults, overcoming fear of the water and developing water and swimming skills are rewarding. And, it promotes better health as a physical activity that can be performed throughout life.

Our trained and certified lifeguards are on deck at all times, ensuring that all of our swimmers are safe and enjoying quality time in their aquatic adventures.

The Y supports healthy lifestyles by reaching out to and engaging all those who seek well-being of spirit, mind and body. Fitness requires a well rounded approach; including cardio, strength and flexibility. YMCA staff can help you select the right fitness workouts, classes and training that is right for you and your family.

PROGRAMS
YMCA Adult Sports and Rec programs are your ticket to staying active and having fun. Whether you swing a bat, kick a ball, swim a lap or sink a basket - - you definitely want to get in on this action!

Like many youth sports programs, YMCA coaches lead players through drills and games that build skills, develop coordination and enhance a love of the game. But what makes us special is our philosophy. We make sure everyone participates. And we emphasize the development of character -- caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. At the YMCA, what happens off the field is just as important as what happens on the field. Fill your child's free hours with safe, fun activities around caring adults at the YMCA.

In addition to your membership, our Y offers a variety of special events and clubs for all ages. Many events are free to members and include some national Y events such as Healthy Kids Day, National Active Older Adult Day and National Volunteer Week. Special events vary by center and season.
