Y-Pump
This exercise class will be for beginning and intermediate levels of aerobics, cardio, and strength building movements to improve your overall fitness! If you want to lose weight, build muscle and have fun this class is for you!

Jr. High Fitness Class
This fitness class is designed for 6th-8th grade students on learning the basics of exercise and weightlifting. Successful completion allows the student, when accompanied by an adult, use the health/wellness area equipment!

Yoga
This class is geared to improve health, performance, and mental acuity through breathing and asana. We combine balance, strength, flexibility and power to connect our minds and bodies and to improve overall health. This is a vinyasa (flowing breath with movement) type of yoga that can be understood and done by people at many different levels of fitness.

This class is a multidisciplinary 6-week plan that gives parents and children an approach to lifetime weight management. Each week, parents and kids work together and practice ways to increase daily activity and set achievable eating and exercising goals!

Lifestyle Splash
This class is a water resistant training workout for all ages. Focusing on building muscle strength, improving endurance, coordinationm, and balance. This is a great class for the active adult or active older adult.
